We maintain a full Client Support Center in our Baton Rouge Data Center and Corporate Headquarters that’s built to address our clients’ changing needs. Our CSC is manned by a team of Tier 1 support team that handles all incoming support requests and can escalate to Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams of high-level support engineers to handle any issues from your desktops to our data center services as well as your internet circuits, and more, Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm CST/ We also offer our multi-time zone clients support options outside of this window and for our high-impact clients we offer 24x7x365 support options as well.

During a 2020 study on IT decision makers and C-level executives at enterprise organizations, it was found that 64 percent of respondents believed that those in a senior management positions are the most likely to be targeted by malicious cyber attacks within their organizations. In contrast, only 34 percent of respondents reported freelance support positions as being most likely to be targeted.
