  • Internal Connections – We are able to propose all eligible products, such as access points, firewalls, routers, switches, racks, optics, and cabling.
  • Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) – Our support program is built on an ITIL framework. These processes are audited by 3rd parties through manufacturer and SSAE audits.
  • Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections (BMIC) – We can provide eligible repair and upkeep services to provide entities with technical support.

During a 2020 study on IT decision makers and C-level executives at enterprise organizations, it was found that 64 percent of respondents believed that those in a senior management positions are the most likely to be targeted by malicious cyber attacks within their organizations. In contrast, only 34 percent of respondents reported freelance support positions as being most likely to be targeted.
